Established in 2004, Liberty Pediatrics quickly became an integral part of Carroll County healthcare.
When Dr. Hickey opened his doors, he was the only provider. He was supported by a nurse, and his wife, Joellen, who functioned as his administrative staff. Fifteen years later, we are a 10 provider practice providing quality to care to over 10,000 patients. Late in 2018 Liberty Family Medicine was opened to extend our services to people of all ages. While our growth has been significant, we strive to continue the personalized care that our community has come to expect.
